Delivery

We deliver across Egypt in 7 days or less.

Delivery is free on orders over 5,000 EGP.

Returns

You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery.

Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags still attached.

We refund to the same payment method you used, within 7 days of receiving your return.

Payment

Pay online by card, bank transfer or e-wallet. We don't offer cash on delivery.

Bank transfer and e-wallet orders are confirmed once the payment shows in our account. Please put your order number in the transfer note. Orders not paid within 48 hours are cancelled.

Staying safe

Gugzzaya will never ask for your card number, OTP or PIN, or ask you to send money back or pay a deposit, by phone, WhatsApp or message. Pay only at gugzzaya.com checkout.
